No Home Drive

When the kids turn the computers on they need to make sure that the witreless is activated (look at the bars) BEFORE they log on or they will only see student public and multimedia. 

Sites won't load

Try another browser. They all work differently. Mostly Chrome and Firefox work most efficiently but Explorer is an option

SPA only works in Firefox. If you need silverlioght, use Firefox.

To direct the computer to prompt when downloading from the internet.

Chrome

• Click the three lines

• Select settings

• Scroll to the bottom and select advanced

• Scroll to downloads and tick Ask where to save each file before downloading (You don’t have to save the settings.

Firefox

It is already set to force to ask me so it should be fine

Explorer

After the obvious question why are you using it…

• In explorer press CONTROL J

• Click Options (down the bottom)

• Now just browse and find the folder. You can’t get it to ask you each time but you can at least set it for a term
