When you generate your PAT Maths reports there are a few things you need to know
-
You can’t print it as it takes up 3 landscape sheets of paper side by side (ie if you glue it all together your sheet will be 90cm long)
-
To download the excel spreadsheet you have to generate the report and then select the year level you are comparing to

This will give you the stanines and percentiles (the percentage of students who scored BELOW this student The larger the number the better the result)
-
Now you can download the spreadsheet. I would advise removing all extraneous information. Select Table (excel file)
Untick all these because you don’t need them. You might want to change the name of the report to something you understand!! Then press export,

To view the report easily in excel, highlight the first column (of surnames) , select VIEW and freeze first column. Now when you scroll across the surnames will stay put and you can see who has achieved what.
