Wireless

You MUST have all the bars on the wireles BEFORE you log on. If you don't you will not see the home drive.

If you still have no wireless, restart the computer.

If the wireless drops off while you are working and you cant reconnect, right click on the wireless, button and click troubleshoot problems. This will run a scan and then you click cancel. 99% of the time that will work

Screen has been rotated

Press Control and ALT and then the arrow to put it the way you want (generally that would be the UP arrow)

Things are weird on Windows 10

Try RESTART instead of shutting down. It seems to clear things

The keyboard stops functioning

Hard restart. That means hold the start button down until all the lights go off and then press it again to restart. On the Acers the light turns from blue to off to orange and then off. Dont be fooled!

The track pad stops working

Look at the symbols uner the function keys. One of the should turn it back on eg on my ACER it's function F6
